| Objective:To observe the Cilinical effects of Hui Xin Capsule Preventing LV Remodeling after reperfusion in acute myocardial infarction and its therapeutic mechanisms. Methods:67 cases were divide into therapy groups (36 cases) and control groups(31 cases)randomly.The therapy group had taken Hui Xin capsule orally;The control group were taken rutine westen medicine. All cases were observed and given evealuation after theatment. Results:The curative effect of the therapy group were obviously better than that of the control group(p< 0.01 or p< 0.05). Conclusions:Hui Xin Capsule is a effective formular to prevent LV Remodeling after reperfusion in acute myocardial infarction.
