The Clinical Research Of Method Of Dispersing Stagnated Liver Qi And Clearing Heart Fire On Sub-health

Objective:To explore the clinical features of sub-health patients, summed up the most common clinical syndrome of sub-health and to observe whether the method of dispersing stagnated liver qi and clearing heart fire is effective and safe or not.Method:1.To choose 100 patients who coincide sub-health diagnostic criteria, analyse sub-health related factors.2.Differentiate syndrome of the 100 patients and summarize the most common syndrome.3.Patients who comply with the syndrome standard in the 100 patients will be randomly divided into treatment group and control group, treatment group with Jieyuqingxinanshen decoction and the control group with Xiaoyaosan decoction, treating for 4 weeks.Before treatment,2 weeks,4 weeks after treatment,3 month follow-up patients are conducted with the CMI, TCM grade rating scale。Result:1.There are more yong and middle-aged sub-health patients in the 100 patients, patients of secondary education and university degree is the most. Enterprise managers are more,predisposing factors are mostly working pressure.2.The most common syndrome is syndrome of stagnation of liver qi and disturbance of mind, accounting for 61%.3.4 weeks after treatment, treatment group the total effective rate 93.10%, compared with the control group (79.31%) there is a significant difference (P＜0.01).4 weeks after treatment, treatment group the TCM effective rate 89.66%, compared with the control group (65.52%),there is a significant difference (P<0.05). Following-up after 3 months, CMI score, TCM integration between the two groups showed significant difference(P<0.05).4.Two group before and after the safety index were no abnormalities detected. Conclusion:Sub-health related factors are more emotional factors,the most common syndrome is syndrome of stagnation of liver qi and disturbance of mind. Method of dispersing stagnated liver qi and clearing heart fire on sub-health is effective and safe. Jieyuqingxinanshen Decoction is better than Xiaoyaosan Decoction in improving overall health and syndrome of sub-health patients, with better long-term outcome.
