| Objective:This study was designed to provide guidance for the clinical use of acupuncture in health care,while to provide compatibility model of acupoints for Acupuncture health. The study further summarizes the theoretical basis of Acupuncture Health and the law of acupoints in health care by excavating and ordering the ancient acupuncture literature about the application of relevant provisions of health.Methods:to search the modern literatures of this subject on net,take from China HowNetin the search, selecte CHKI periodicals database, take "acupuncture health care" and "moxibustion health care" as key words, comprehensively searche at home and abroad since the founding of published information on the acupuncture health care, accesse and download them one by one to read, then summarize.Results:to take "acupuncture health care" as key words, retrieving 74 documents. to take"moxibustion health care" as key words, searching out the 47 documents.to eliminate duplicate documents, retrieving a total of acupuncture care literature 108. to analyze the subjectof 108 articles according to type of disease, acupoints, methods of operation and prevention mechanisms,then analyze and summarize the differeces.1. Disease Category:The number of disease in acupuncture health is growing.according to rough statistics, nearly 50 years from the published literature of view, the disease prevention and health care in acupuncture has been involved inside and outside, women, children, clinical features and other subjects; in recent years, acupuncture has also been used for the prevention of cancer chemotherapy toxicity such as psychiatric adverse drug reactions, fatigue, osteoporosis, rabies, inflammatory bowel disease and AIDS.2. Point:In the 108 documents, there are a lot of health points. According to a statistical one way there, the top 10 points are Zusanli ST36,Guanyuan RN4, Shenque RN8, Qihai RN6, Dazhui BU14, Yongquan K11, Neiguan PC6, Shenshu BL23,Mingmen DU4 and Zhongwan RN12.
