| This study aimed to investigate the Shenqi the treatment of chronic deficiency of the spleen Sini San cholecystitis clinical efficacy, try to use his theory of TCM syndrome differentiation of the etiology and pathogenesis of this disease, and Shenqi Sinisan the efficacy of the mechanism of drug-depth study. Screening 60 cases of patients with this disease, clinical treatment in order to Shenqi Sini powder as a treatment group,30 patients in order to lidan tablet in treating 30 patients as a control group, the patient's symptoms, signs, and B-ultrasound done before and after treatment, and Clinical observation between the two groups,4 weeks for a course of treatment, observation of two courses. Results Shenqi Sini powder can significantly improve the patient's systemic symptoms, and can resume under the gallbladder in patients with B-normal form. The treatment group total effective rate was 90.00%, while the control group, the total effective rate was 56.67%, the two groups were significantly different (P<0.05). Therefore, Shenqi Sini Decoction of chronic deficiency of the spleen cholecystitis can effectively alleviate the clinical symptoms, the exact effect, with a high clinical value.
