This is a development project of Tianjin Tangbang Science and Technology Company. The research is about low-frequency therapy system based on fuzzy control theory. For the moment, the low-frequency therapy equipment includes professional model and common model. The professional model is designed for hospital and common model is designed for families. The main characteristic of common model is the amateurism of handlers. In order to improve the therapeutic effectiveness of this equipment, the communication between different parts, hardware design and software development are both important. The project which is based on electronic technique let many clinical necessities come true by designing signal generator,amplifying circuit and modulator circuit. In addition, the system still has a diagnostic system which can supply basis for low-frequency therapy and defending other diseases. This system's display system uses LCD, which makes intelligence operation come true.This paper describes the communication between computer and diagnostic module by USB interface, the whole structure of low-frequency therapy module and the related circuits. The contribution of this paper is to employ fuzzy control theory to improve the design communication between computer and diagnostic module, the design of diagnostic module and low-frequency module. The main contents of this thesis are as follows:1,The research and development of fuzzy control theory are reviewed. After analyzing the applications in many areas, this theory is introduced to designing the low-frequency system according to the characteristic of this equipment.2,This paper study the principle of communication between the computer and diagnostic module by USB. It is one of the key parts, which concludes hardware circuit and device driver.3,Diagnostic module uses AD5933 which is a specialty IC of bioelectric impedance measure. It concludes former circuit, diagnostic circuit and calibration equipment.The former circuit not only needs to measure the bioelectric impedance, but also have to consider the security. After sending the data to IC LPC2148, this IC still have to compare these data, carry out fuzzy diagnosis and send the results to the computer.4,Low-frequency therapy system based on MCU is designed, which concludes the designs of signal generator, amplifying circuit and modulator circuitThis system's main work is to create the modulator wave by process, and then these waves go through the amplifying circuit. In addition, it has to control another MCU which produce many kinds of pulse wave. One trigger circuit is designed in order to obtain the regular wave.Above research and design can make both diagnostic and therapy come true at the same time, and implement fuzzy intelligence operation by using man-machine conversation.
