The Regulatory Role Of Taohechengqi Decotion On Start And Down Stream Factor Which Promote Kideny Fibrosis

Objective:to study the mechanism of TaoHeChengQi Decotion on glomerular sclerosis.Methods:establish the rat model of glomerular sclerosis with 5/6 nephrectomy.The model group were divided into 4 groups by creatinine level: Pathologic group, Taohechengqi decotion low and high dose group, fosinopril group. After fed appropriate drugs, observation of the general state of rats, Record rats'weight change, fed drugs 4 weeks later,killed all rats, determined the blood uria nitrogen(BUN),serum creatinine(Scr),blood uric acid (UA)and blood lipid of each group.We determined transforming growth factor(TGF)β1,connective tissue growth factor (CTGF)and fibronectin(FN) of the rats'renal tissue.Results:As compared with pathologic group, the levels of BUN,Scr,TC,TG,LDL,HDL,TGF-β1,CTGF and FN in treatment group were significantly decreased (P<0.01 or P<0.05), the levels of BUN,Scr,TC,TG,LDL,HDL,TGF-β1,FN in Taohechengqi decotion low and high dose group, fosinopril group were improved (P<0.01 or P<0.05)Conclusion:The results indicates that Taohechengqi decotion can improve renal function of CRF rats;Taohechengqi decotion can not reduce the blood uric acid of the rats; reduce the expression of TGF-β,CTGF and FN in the rats'renal tissue;reduce blood lipid of model rats.
