Objective:To observe the clinical effect of FU CHAN XUE JING given differently on preventing and treating uterine hemorrhage after drug abortion ; To explore the mechanism of FU CHAN XUE JING by experiment study.Methods: 60 selected patients were divided into three groups: blank group,FU CHAN XUE JINGⅠ,FU CHAN XUE JINGⅡ, 20 patients contained in each group. Blank group: mifepristone 25mg was taken at 7:00 a.m.and 7:00 p.m. in the first three days and misoprostol 600μg was taken at 8:00 in the hospital in the fourth day. FU CHAN XUE JINGⅠ: mifepristone and misoprostol were taken according to the front method and FU CHAN XUE JING 100ml was taken two times in one day for 7 consecutive days since the first day of mifepristone. FU CHAN XUE JINGⅡ: mifepristone and misoprostol were taken according to the front method and FU CHAN XUE JING 100ml was taken two times in one day for 7 consecutive days when misoprostol was taken. To observe the blastocyst discharged time, vaginal bleeding time, bleeding volume and menstrual recovery, etc. 50 drug abortion model rats were randomly divided into model group, motherwort control group,FU CHAN XUE JING high-dose group,middle-dose group, low-dose group, ten contained in each group ,using immunohistochemistry and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay to detect PRL,PSβ1G,PALP and F-ⅧRag and decidual morphology .Results: There were significant differences among blank group,FU CHAN XUE JINGⅠand FU CHAN XUE JINGⅡin the blastocyst discharged time(respectively 6.05±1.36hours, 3.60±1.14hours, 4.85±1.76hours ,P<0.05)and there was significant difference between FU CHAN XUE JINGⅠand FU CHAN XUE JINGⅡ, the blastocyst discharged time of FU CHAN XUE JINGⅠwas shorter than that of FU CHAN XUE JINGⅡ( P< 0.05) . There were significant differences among blank group,FU CHAN XUE JING Ⅰand FU CHAN XUE JINGⅡin vaginal bleeding time, (respectively 10.8±2.42days, 6.3±1.17days, 7.1±1.25days P< 0.01)and there was significant difference between FU CHAN XUE JINGⅠand FU CHAN XUE JINGⅡ, the vaginal bleeding time of FU CHAN XUE JINGⅠwas shorter than that of FU CHAN XUE JINGⅡ( P< 0.05).There were significant differences among the blank group,FU CHAN XUE JINGⅠand FU CHAN XUE JINGⅡin reducing the amount of vaginal bleeding, P <0.05, FU CHAN XUE JING group was better than the blank group, but there was no difference between FU CHAN XUE JINGⅠand FU CHAN XUE JINGⅡ.There were significant differences among blank group,FU CHAN XUE JINGⅠand FU CHAN XUE JINGⅡin time of menstrual recovery, (respectively 32.2±2.54days ,29.1±1.29days,30.5±2.01 days,P< 0.01)and there was significant difference between FU CHAN XUE JINGⅠand FU CHAN XUE JINGⅡ, the time of menstrual recovery of FU CHAN XUE JINGⅠwas faster than than that of FU CHAN XUE JINGⅡ( P< 0.05) .Animal experiments showed FU CHAN XUE JING can significantly reduce PRL,PSβ1G,PALP and F-ⅧRag in the drug abortion model rats serum,which had statistically significant difference with model group (p<0.05). In addition,FU CHAN XUE JING can promote decidual degeneration, edema, necrosis, which had statistically significant difference with model group (p<0.05).Conclusion:1.FU CHAN XUE JING can speed up the discharge of blastocyst, reduce the bleeding time after drug abortion, reduce the amount of vaginal bleeding and help to restore menstrual.2.Taking FU CHAN XUE JING at the first day of mifepristone was better than taking that at the same time of misoprostol ,so the former was suggested to apply in clinical.3.FU CHAN XUE JING can reduce PRL,PSβ1G,PALP and F-ⅧRag in the drug abortion model rats serum.4.FU CHAN XUE JING can promote deciduas degeneration, edema and necrosis.5.The mechanism of FU CHAN XUE JING of prevention and treatment of colporrhagia after drug abortion may be associated with the inhibition of PRL,PSβ1G,PALP,F-ⅧRag and the blood supply between decidua and endometrium may be blocked, contributing to decidual cells lacking nutrition supply,which makes the residual deciduas degenerate as early as possible and thus accelerate their discharge.
