Clinical Observation Of Wei Er Mai No.5 For Treatment Of Deep Venous Thrombosis Sequelae Of The Lower Limbs

Objective: To discuss the Clinical efficacy of Wei Er Mai No.5(维尔迈5号) in the treatment of acute deep venous thrombosis sequelae of the lower limbs.Methods: To Observe the efficacy of deep venous thrombosis sequelae of the lower limbs 60 cases,experimental group 30 cases ,Wei Er Mai No.5 was given for Oral treatment, the control group 30 cases, Dan Wan Particles(丹王颗粒) was given for Oral treatment.Treatment for 30 days , Around observes the two groups to treat the clinical symptom ,the clinical signs, PPG, t-PA, PAI-1, statistical analysis of the treatment results.Results: The total effective rate in experimental group was 96.67%, and the control group was73.33%, Efficacy of the experimental group than the control group effect (P<0.05).Both of the two drugs can be significantly improved the clinical symptoms,the clinical signs, PPG,t-PA,PAI-1 of deep venous thrombosis sequelae of the lower limbs.Compared the two drugs, Statistically significant. Wei Er Mai No.5 was able to effectively improve the disease status of patients with deep venous thrombosis sequelae of the lower limbs.Conclusions: Wei Er Mai No.5 is an effective preparation in treating lower limbs with deep venous thrombosis sequelae,has the important clinical practice value.
