The Clinical Study Of The Gualouxiebai Banxia Decoction In Treating Coronary Heart Disease Combined With Diabetes Mellitus

ObjectiveVerifing the effectiveness of Gualouxiebai Banxia Decoction to treat CHD combined with DM and its efficacy and safety. Providing strong evidence treat CHD combined with DM.Method60 suferes were divided into two groups at random.Treatment group and control group no difference of treatment given to conventional western medicine.At the same time the treatment group taking Gualouxiebai Banxia decoction twice orally. The two groups' treatment course was 4 weeks.We observed their clinical symptoms, electrocardiogram,fasting blood glucose, glycosylated hemoglobin, lipids and test its security.ResultsThe curative effect in the clinical research of the treatment group was obviously:its total effective rate amounted to 96.7%, which was superior to the control group(p<0.05). After treatment, clinical symptoms, fasting blood glucose,glycosylated hemoglobin, Triglyceride, Cholesterol,the difference was statistical significant (p<0.05). The improvement of Angina and electrocardiogram in the treatment group is as much as the control group(p>0.05).ConclusionThe Gualouxiebai Banxia decoction can treat the disease effectively.It can alleviate the angina pectoris,improve ECG,inhancing the stopping or reducing rate of the Nitroglycerin Tablates, lowing Triglyceride and Cholesterol.Curing with insulin can effectively control FBG, HbA1c.The clinical study is good safety.
