Clinical Observation Of Jianpilishihuatan On Treatment Of Insulinsensitivity Of Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus

Purpose: To investigate the effect of jianpilishihuatan on treatment of insulin sensitivity of type 2 diabetes mellitus(T2DM).Methods:60 T2DM patients were randomly assigned into two groups: comparison group (30 cases) and treatment group (30 cases ).Both groups were treated by basic treatment means. In addition,comparison group were treated by Pioglitazone hydrochloride (PGH),4mg,Qd;and treatment group were treated by jianpilishihuatanfa Chinese soup Qd; Both treatment period were two months. Assesement the results after treatment.Results:(1)symptom scores:Both of two groups decreased evidently compared before treatment (P<0.01),and there were significant difference between them (P<0.05);(2)The clinical effect : There were significant differences between the two groups(P<0.05);(3)Wt,WC and BMI:After treatment,there were significant differences of the three parameters in treatment group( P<0.01). In addition, there were obvious differences between two groups(P<0.05);(4)Blood fat: After treatment,there were obvious differences of the parameters in treatment group( P<0.05) ,and the same between comparison group and treatment group(P<0.05);(5)FPG,FINS:In either group, there were significant differences of FPG and FINS levels before and after therapy (P<0.01);(6)HbAIc: In either group, there were significant differences of HbAIc level before and after therapy (P<0.01);(7)HOMA-IR,HOMA-IS: In either group, there were significant differences of HOMA-IR and HOMA-IS levels before and after therapy (P<0.01);(8)There were no evident side effects of both comparison group and treatement group ,and there were no evident abnormity of the security targets. Conclusion:Jianpilishihuatanfa can decrease integral symptom of T2DM evidently ,ameliorate clinical symptom; and decrease Wt,WC,BMI and TC,TG levels evidently, ameliorate fatness and plasma fat dysfunctios states;it can decrease FPG, FINS, HbAlc, then increase insulin sensibility.Jianpilishihuatanfa have no evident harmful response and side-effects, and it is a safe drug.
