The improve of the medical technicians'quality and the clinical skills is the very important measure to improve the quality of the medical care and guarantee the safety of medical care from the sources, residency training, which is an effective way to achieve the measure. The residents are the most basic part of talent bank of the hospital, the growth and development of them relates to the overall quality of the medical team, the future of the hospital, and even future of the health care industry. The level of the residents at present determines the level of the hospital tomorrow. How to train the residents to talent medical technicians with medical ethics, accomplished medical skill and rigorous style of study plays an important role of the development of the entire medical and health.This study based on residency training in Qingdao, through the establishment and sound management standard residency training, improve the medical education system, and promote the medical education with international standards, to speed up the process of internationalization of medical education.The problem in the residency training is the oriented of this thesis, elaborating on this theory to build a reasonable need for the training management model. Which summarizes and analyzes the status of residency training in China and abroad, putting forward three kinds of research methods, which are, the first making it to identify clearing the historical evolution of the physician training by historical research method; and the second, by comparing and researching method for building the residency training model of our country which provides funding to learn from them; the third, to identify the significance of the residency training and research through the literature research method, mastered the dynamic state in this field of residency training study, and learned the method from them how to making the research. In the second part of this thesis, First of all, to make a comparative study between the major developed countries, such as Europe and the United States, in physician training status and residency training in China's current situation from the management model, analysis of the residency training in China and the abroad Management Mode of the present situation, proposing the research ideas and research content. Through the comparative analysis in common and different points in residency training modules of the countries of The United States, Britain, France, Germany and Canada, and so on. All of these common points in the residency training can be available to use as a source of reference in Qingdao City, on the other hand the different points in the residency training can provide a broad space for the training residents with Chinese characteristics for Qingdao city. After that, to look back at history of the development of the management model in the residency training in Qingdao. And analysis the status of the management model of the training three aspects:the training system, training process, evaluation results identified, so as to provide factual basis for the future development of residency training management model of Qingdao City. Combination of the theory, basic research, drawing on international standards, given full consideration to the realities of the city of Qingdao, proposed the framework of residency training management model of Qingdao, Namely, exchange of human resources sector-led management model, hospital-oriented management model and in medical institutions as the dominant management model,and then using observation and document analysis method, the initial build a complete residency training in Qingdao city management. From three different perspectives on this model and gradually modified and improved, forming a more scientific, reasonable and feasible Qingdao City residency training management model. Finally, for the uncertainties related to the research and the need to further explore the issues discussed.
