Clinical Study On Treating Of Lumbar Disc Herniation (Qi-stagnancy And Blood Stasis) With Yaotuitong â…¡ Electric Exudate

Objective:To evaluate the clinical curative effect of Yaotuitongâ…¡Electric exudate on Lumbar Disc Herniation(qi-stagnancy and blood stasis) and to discuss its mechanism and whether it has acutetoxicity by systematic clinical observationMethods:Ninty cases of patients were divided randomly into the control group,the treatment group of 1 and the treatment of 2, the first was treated with Yaotuitongâ…¡Electric exudate, the second with Electric exudate of Therapeutic Equipment and the last with Pelvic traction. In a course of 10 days treatments. Prior treatment and post treatment, their cardinal symptom and minor symptom scores and accumulated scores were compaired and analysised, their clinical effect were observed and evaluated with symptom scores, and side-effects also were observed. A comparative study on clinical curative effect between the control group and the treatment group of 1,2 was conducted by examing the main symptoms before and after the treatment ineach group. Results:Clinical observation showed:Yaotuitongâ…¡Electric exudate improved waistand legs pain, walking condition, straight leg rate, sensation and muscle force of Lumbar Disc Herniation patients; the action of alleviating waistand leg'pain was relatively quick; The results suggested there was a statistic difference in three groups with p<0.05 comparatively statistic significance. And there was a statistic difference of accumulated scores and the therapeutic effects between and in three groups were better than controlled group with p<0.01 comparatively statistic significance.Conclusion:Yaotuitongâ…¡Electric exudate can effectively improve the clinical symptoms of Lumbar Disc Herniation(blood stasis), ameliorate quality of life, and its clinical use is safe.
