Purpose:This research is in order to testify Chinese Medicine retention enema (TCM for short as following) helping treatment the clinical results and safety of Colorectal Cancer, with the Chang An Jian clyster (CAJ clyster)which is to form Chinese herbal medicine to treatment the medium-later Colorectal Cancer on the base of taking traditional Chinese herbal medicine (TCHM for short as following). In case of the deficiency of taking TCHM and improving the effect, we will supply a brand-new method to treat the medium-later Colorectal Cancer compositely.Methods:We need to select 60 people who have the medium-later Colorectal Cancer and suited for this research, and divide them to two groups at random. One group is treatment group, which is combining Chinese Medicine retention enema and taking TCHM. The other is comparison group, which is only taking TCHM. We should treat the comparison group through the way of TCHM (Jian Pi Xiao Ai Yin). For the treatment group we will treat them through the way of Chinese Medicine retention enema once a day. And then we will observe both of the groups for 2 weeks with taking TCHM (Jian Pi Xiao Ai Yin) at the same time in every day. We are going to testify the standard of safety and efficacy before and after the experiment。Results:Comparing with themself in the test, two groups relieve the clinical Chinese medicine symptom, like the stomachache abdominal distension, little eating symptoms,and they score of symptoms in Chinese medicine are decreased in totally, the effects are clealr (P<0.01), meanwhile, they can treat the fatigue, too.(P<0.05). In contrast to the other one, the treatment group can relieves the symotms, such as blood, the Constipation, the stomachache abdominal distension, diarrhea. In addition, increasing weight and the life quality of the patients is better than that in the comparison group obviously. Through the statistics dealing, the two groups have obvious differences (P<0.05); but in the aspects of remedying for little eating symptoms, the fatigue, improving the clinical Chinese medicine symptom marks and narrowing with tumor size in clinical, the two groups aren't different from each other (P>0.05).Conclusion:The TCM which uses the CAJ clyster to treat the terminal colorectal cancer has a clinical curative effect and a safety course on trial, improvement some later period sufferers of lump existence,such as,blood, the abdominal distension stomachache, diarrhea, constipation. Besides, it can be make the weight in the later period sufferer constantly, and stabilize a tumor size. Above all, the treatment group has a more curative effect than the other one.
