Clinical Research On Injecta Of Salvia Ligustrazine Accessorily Treat The ASAH In The Pattern Of Stagnant Blood Blocking The Collaterals After Embolotherapy

Objective:To observe the therapeutic effect of Injecta of Salvia Ligustrazine treat the aneurysmal subarachnoid hemorrhage (aSAH) in the pattern of stagnant blood blocking the collaterals after embolotherapy.Methods:40 patients in hospital ill with aSAH in the pattern of stagnant blood blocking the collaterals were randomly divided into two groups:the treatment group was 21 patients,the control group was 19 patients.Based on conventional western medicine therapy, the control group was treated with Injecta of nimodipine, while the treatment group was treated with Injecta of Salvia Ligustrazine.based on using Injecta of nimodipine.Results:The western medicine curative of the treatment group showed that the curing patients were 8 cases,the excellence patients were 8 cases,the utility patients were 4 cases,the ineffective patients were 1 case,there was statistical significant of the effective rate between the treatment group and the control group(P<0.05). The traditional Chinese medicine syndrome of the treatment group showed that the curing patients were 9 cases,the excellence patients were 6 cases,the utility patients were 5 cases,the ineffective patients were 1 case,there was statistical significant of the effective rate between the treatment group and the control group(P<0.05).The traditional Chinese medicine syndrome accumulated points of the treatment group showed that after operation the 15th day was 3.76±4.085 points, there was statistical significant of the traditional Chinese medicine syndrome accumulated points between the treatment group and the control group(P<0.05).The intracranial pressure(ICP) of the treatment group showed that after operation the 15th day was 130.19±22.53mmH2O, there was statistical significant of ICP between the treatment group and the control group(P<0.05).The white blood count(WBC) of cerebrospinal fluid(CSF) of the treatment group showed that after operation the 15th day was 11.29±19.37×16/L, there was statistical significant of WBC of CSF between the treatment group and the control group(P<0.05). The Red blood count(RBC) of CSF of the treatment group showed that after operation the 15th day was 50.48±126.77×106/L, there was statistical significant of RBC of CSF between the treatment group and the control group(P<0.05).The mean blood flow velocity of middle cerebral artery(VMCA) of the treatment group showed that after operation the 11st day was 99.14±13.47cm/s,the 15th day was 91.38±12.19 cm/s, there was statistical significant of VMCA between the treatment group and the control group(P<0.05).The Fisher grade of the treatment group showed that after operation the 15th day the 1st grade were 13 cases,2nd grade were 6 cases,3rd grade were 1case,4th grade were 1 case, there was statistical significant of the Fisher grade between the treatment group and the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion:Injecta of salvia ligustrazine treated aSAH in the pattern of postoperative stagnant blood blocking the collaterals showed injecta of salvia ligustrazine can advancedly absorb the uprightness CSF,can inhibit inflammatory reaction,can prevent and cure CVS,can better the traditional Chinese medicine syndrome,can elevate curative effect.
