ObjectiveTo evaluate the significance of TCT and HPV-DNA test in screeing of cervical lesion.MethodAnalyse medical records of a total of 395 case with abnormal cervical lesion were examined for TCT, high risk type of HPV-DNA test and colposcopy with biopsy.Results61 cases were positive in TCT(positive rate is 15.44%),109 positive in high risk type of HPV-DNA test (positive rate is 27.59%),55 positive in colposcopy with biopsy (positive rate is 13.92%). In the 55 case which biopsy is positive, the positive rate of TCT and high risk type of HPV-DNA test is 87.27%. With increase of the grade of biopsy, the incidence increase in the patients with cervical cytology and high risk type of HPV-DNA test. In the 109 case which high risk type of HPV-DNA test is positive, the most common type of HPV-DNA is 16 and 18 (positive rate is 31.52% and 18.48%), nest are 52 and 58 (positive rate is 14.13% and 11.96%) in a single infection. HPV-DNA type 16 is the most common type in multiple infection.ConclusionsTCT and HPV-DNA test are the pratical methods of detecting cervical lesion, TCT combined with HPV-DNA test can increase the diagnosis rate of cervical lesion.
