Objective :To study the anticancer value of tea polyphenols and its mechanism.Method:Established an ostomy surgical implantation mice model of Lovo cell colorectal cancer and treated the model with tea polyphenols. Result: After 24h, inhibition ratio of Lovo cell increase greatly and did not increase after 72h and 1 week. The inhibition ratio of SW480 increase with the time and drugs quantity. In vivo study found polyphenols can inhibit the tumor growth. Detection of microsatellite instability (MSI) showed that the control group showed as MSI colorectal cancer. After using the tea polyphenols, the microsatellite tended to become stable in vivo. Conclusion :Tea polyphenols can inhibit the mismatch deficient colorectal cancer in vivo and in vitro. Tea polyphenols may decrease the microsatellite instability and cause the cancer cell apoptosis.
