AIM:Obesity is considered to be a complex disorder primarily related to the imbalance between caloric intake and energy expenditure, which major related to the individual genetic phenotype and the effect of the environment and so on. Obesity is always accompanied by hypertension, high-lipid, atherosclerosis and other symptoms. The prevalence of obesity has increased dramatically, it has been a problem about the healthy of world people, so it has become a focus of medicine scientific researcher to find an effect drug to prevent and control obesity.Methods:1. The main observation in patients with obesity weight before and after treatment, clinical symptoms, body mass index (BMI), waist circumference, hip circumference, waist-hip ratio (WHR) and blood lipid changes.2. The obesity rats were divided into 7 groups and all fed for 14 weeks. The changes of weight, blood glucose, blood lipid, microcirculation, TNF-α,NF-κB,PTP1Bwere detected, respectively.Results:1.The total effective rate was 73.26%, and clinical symptom score after treatment, BMI, waist circumference, hip circumference, WHR, total cholesterol in the blood lipid indicators (TC) and triglyceride (TG) than pre-treatment significantly reduced. (P<0.05 or P<0.01).2. Compared with the model group's weight, the high dose group and middle dose group was evident, with statistical significance to some degree. (P<0.05). Compared with the model group's intra-abdominal fat, the high dose group and middle dose group was evident, with statistical significance to some degree. (P<0.05).And, so did as TG and TC. There is no statistical significance among all the groups on Insulin.3. Compared with the model group's TNF-α,NF-κB,PTP1B the high dose group, middle dose group and the lower dose group was evident, with statistical significance to some degree. (P<0.05). There is no relationship between the effect and the dose. Conclusion:The treatment of obesity with the method of resolving paste and turbidity herbs have a good effect. And the mechanism of that may be the herbs can inhibit the expression of TNF-α-NF-Kb-PTP1B.
