The Influence Of CO₂ Insufflations During Posterior Laparoscope On The Il-2 , Il-6 And Tnf-αof Human Body

Objective: To approach that the human body's immunological changes following carbon dioxide (CO2) insufflations during posterior laparoscope. And to show that the human body's immunological responsion varies after CO2 insufflations during posterior laparoscope. Thereby it may give directions that which gas we select to use as insufflations during posterior laparoscope. And we can reduce the influence on the human body's immunity and the metastasis of tumour after posterior laparoscope.Methods: This perspective study is about the changes of the human's values of IL-2, IL-6 and TNFαin venous blood, which underwent CO2 insufflations during posterior laparoscope(PL, posterior laparoscope group, PLP). And the time of surgery is separated as four parts, which is before surgery, 45 minutes after operation is taken, one day after operation and three days after operation. So we could know the influences of CO2 insufflations on the human's immunity functions the metastasis of tumour after posterior laparoscope. And we take posterior open operations(OO, open operation group,OOG) as reference.Results: The laparoscopic patients'average value of IL-2 before laparoscope, after operation about 45 minutes, one day and three days is 5.263ng/ml, 4.792ng/ml, 4.238ng/ml and 4.612ng/ml discern, we could see that it turns lower first, and then rises up again. But these changes have no statistically significant (P>0.05); The average value of IL-6 is 0.132ng/ml, 0.142ng/ml, 0.125ng/ml and 0.124ng/ml discern, so we could reach that it turns higher at beginning, and then returns again. But these changes have no statistically significant too (P>0.05); And the average value of TNFαis 10.618 fmol/ml , 10.226 fmol/ml, 8.136 fmol/ml and 10.021 fmol/ml discern, so we can find that it turns lower at beginning , then returns again. And the reference group has resembled results.Conclusions: It is little that the influence of CO2 insufflations on human body's immunological functions. It is maybe the reason that it needs small space during posterior laparoscope, and the requirement of intra-abdominal pressure (IAP) is not stringent. So that it has little interference on internal organs.
