The Analysis Of Features Of Colour Doppler Ultrasonography And Pathologic Type In Breast Carcinoma

Objective To evaluate the relation of features of ultrasonography and pathologic type in carcinoma of the breast.Methods the relation of ultrasonic features:the edge of tumor,behand echo, calcification and flow signals,and pathologic type in 16 cases of breast carcinoma with pathologically-proved were reviewed.Results Mostly the edge of invasive ductal carcinoma was shown sentus sign and invasive lobular carcinoma was shown hyperehcho halo sign on ultrasonography. The edge of scirrhous carcinoma was clear, yet the edge of intraductal carcinoma was blear on ultrasonography mostly. There was not significant difference of the edge of breast carcinoma and pathologic type.Mostly behind echo of invasive ductal carcinoma and invasive lobular carcinoma was shown decreased, yet scirrhous carcinoma was shown increased on ultrasonography. There was significant difference of behind echo of breast carcinoma and pathologic type.Mostly there was calcification in invasive ductal carcinoma and invasive lobular carcinoma,yet scarcely in scirrhous carcinoma on ultrasonography.There was mostly calcification in intraductal carcinoma on pathology,yet 1/2 of it on ultrasonography. There was not significant difference of calcification in breast carcinoma and pathologic type. Mostly the breast carcinoma was shown rich flow signals on colour Doppler ultrasonography. There was not significant difference of flow signals in breast carcinoma and pathologic type.Conclusions Features of ultrasonography was a valuable method for diagnosing carcinoma of the breast.
