Among them males 42 cases, females 21 cases; less than 50-year-old 16 cases, older than or equal to 50-year-old 47 cases; pathological Fuhrman grade,â… grade 7 cases,â…¡grade 39 cases,â…¢grade 13 cases,â…£grade4 cases. To detect the difference of CXCR4 expression between metastatic renal cell carcinoma and non-metastatic renal cell carcinoma expression by immuno-histochemistry. And to detect the sex, age, Fuhrman grade difference in CXCR4 expression. To analysis the results by semi-quantitative immuno-histochemistry.To select lymph node specimens of 30 patients and ureter specimens of 30 patients.All the people are renal cell carcinoma patients. Among them males 46 cases, females 14 cases; less than 50-year-old 19 cases, older than or equal to 50-year-old 41 cases; pathological Fuhrman grade,â… grade3 cases,â…¡grade 36 cases,â…¢grade 17 cases,â…£grade 4 cases. In other words, the higher intensity of CXCR4 expression in renal cell carcinoma is more prone to metastasis. CXCR4 chemokine receptor expression may be associated with renal clear cell carcinoma metastasis.SDF-1 expression in Lymph nodes was higher than in ureter. The organization with higher SDF-1 expression is more prone to metastasis. SDF-1 may be associated with renal cell carcinoma metastasis.SDF-1-CXCR4 biological axis is closely related with the renal cell carcinoma metastasis. |
