Objective:Determined the extraction process on ShenChongguobao Capsules of various materials and molding condition;To study the quality standard of ShenChongguobao hung Capsule and the main compound ShenChongguobao Capsule anti-aging and improve immune function experiment on mice.Provided a new product with Male moth in Chinese health products research and applications.Method:Using Orthogonal Design for granulating process conditions;The contents of Total Polysaccharides,Echinacoside and Protein were determined by UV, HPLC and Kjeldahl method; Made primary study effect of Bombycidae hung Capsule on antiaging mechanism and improving immune function experiment with the times of spontaneous motion,the loaded swimming,in brain the index change of MDA and SOD,PHA-induced immune lymphocyte transformation rate by making models of antiaging mechanism and imbalance immune function on mice.Result:Optimum was 10 times the amount of water extracted a hour repeating twice.Extract concentrated by spray drying. Extract the relative density on 1.06-1.08,the air temperature on 90℃,inlet temperature on 120℃,the yield of extract powder was 13.24%on best;quality standards of ShenChongguobao capsule:the average contents of Total Polysaccharides was determined 5.9%,the average content of Proteinin was determined 51.3%and, the average content of Echinacoside was determined 0.154mg from Bombycidae hung Capsule;The times of spontaneous motion was increased,the loaded swimming time was prolonged,SOD level was higher,MDA level was lower,Lymphocyte transformation rate were higher significantly in mice body.Conclusion:The capsule made of extraction processing of prescriptionwas reasonable and appropriate;The above method for the quantification was proved to have the advantages of simple operation,rapidity,high sensitivity and fine repetition,and it should be helpful for monitoring the quality control methods of ShenChongguobao Capsule;ShenChongguobao Capsule has certain anti-senility effect and improve immune function on mice.
