Obective:Observated traditional Chinese medicine Physalis alkekengi to mouse allergic asthma's prevention function, The discussion could prevent the child allergic asthma's effective medicine.Methods:72 Kunming mouse were randomly divided into control group (NS), asthma model group (CH), prevention group (Y), the treatment group (T), the prevention+treatment group (YT). The prevention group filled the different density Physalis alkekengi before the sensitization, The model group prepared the mouse asthma model with the ovalbumen, The treatment group, inhaled budesonide after stimulation; The observation Physalis alkekengi directed to the mouse to breathe heavily the incubation period, to the lung organization inflammation changed the condition, to the white blood cell lies between the element 5 (IL-5) and r the interferon (IFN-r) expression intensity influence, And prevention group the result carried on the comparative analysis separately with other groups.Resulds:1. asthma model group mouse directs to breathe heavily the incubation period, IL-5 and the IFN-r expression, obviously is higher than the control group (P<0.01); 2. High, Middle density Physalis alkekengi prevention group and the treatment group mouse directed to breathe heavily the incubation period, obvious extension in asthma model group (P<0.01); In although the low concentration Physalis alkekengi prevention number of classes value is higher than asthma model group, but had not seen statistics significance; High concentration Physalis alkekengi prevention group is numericauy lower than the treatment group but no statically sigificant;High, Middle density Physalis alkekengi prevention+treatment group mouse directed to breathe heavily the incubation period, obviously extensed in asthma model group (P<0.01). 3 High, Middle density Physalis alkekengi prevention group's IL-5, IFN-r expression, obviously was lower than asthma model group (P<0.01).Conclusion:1. the traditional Chinese medicine Physalis alkekengi may lengthen asthma mouse to direct obviously to breathe heavily the incubation period, reduced sensitization asthma mouse IL-5 and IFN-r expression effectively; 2. Physalis alkekengi prevention group had the obvious alleviation and the control action to the allergic asthma, and had the obvious quantity effect relations;3. Physalis alkekengi could not prevent mouse's allergic asthma completely; 4. Physalis alkekengi was preventing and treating the child allergic asthma's effective medicine, had the high clinical practice and the development value.
