The Relationship Among Perfectionism, Self-Confidence And Learning Adaptability Of Nursing Students

Objective:To investigate the levels of perfectionism, self-confidence and learning adaptability among nursing students,expliciting nursing students'perfectionism, self-confidence and learning adaptability in the general demography variable differences,discussing nursing students'perfectionism, self-confidence and learning adaptability relations,to provide the references for the correlation theories.Methods:A total of 1040 college nursing students were selected to investigate by using convenience sampling method of two university,using Chinese Frost Multidimentional Perfectionism Scale,the Personal Evaluation Inventory(PEI)and Learning Adaptability Scale for College Students. Datas were analysed by SPSS 13.0,The main methods of statistics were percentage,mean,t-test,one-way ANOVA,Pearson's correlation.Resuits:①The score of nursing students'perfectionism were 3.11±0.42, there had been significance difference of perfectionism among different grades, whether the Only-child and among different family education way, there had not significance difference of perfectionism on other demography variables;②The score of nursing students'self-confidence were 2.60±0.32, there had been significance difference of self-confidence among different educational background,different family education way,different degree to care ahout children' studies of the guardians,different specialized degree of satisfaction and among different health condition, there had not significance difference of perfectionism on other demography variables;③The score of nursing students'learning adaptability were 3.43±0.41, there had been significance difference of learning adaptability among different grades,different family education way, different health condition and among different specialized degree of satisfaction, there had not significance difference of perfectionism on other demography variables;④Between perfectionism and self-confidence,learning adaptability have the significance inverse correlation relations,Between self-confidence and learning adaptability has the significance positive correlation relations.Conclusions:nursing students'perfectionism were medium degree tendency.grade, whether the Only-child and the family education way were associated with perfectionism, nursing students'self-confidence were medium degree.educational background,family education way,different degree to care ahout children'studies of the guardians,specialized degree of satisfaction and different health condition were associated with self-confidence, nursing students'learning adaptability for on medium degree. Grade,the family education way, different health condition and specialized degree of satisfaction were associated with learning adaptability. Between perfectionism and self-confidence,learning adaptability have the significance inverse correlation relations, Between self-confidence and learning adaptability has the significance positive correlation relations.
