The Observation Of The Toxic Traditional Chinese Medicine And The Study Of The Composing Discipline With Toxic Traditional Chinese Medicine

Objection:First, to observe the side effects of toxic traditional Chinese medicine in certain dose, and proof the security of toxic traditional Chinese medicine. Second, study the prescription that including toxic traditional Chinese medicine, and find out the composing discipline by frequencies analysis,varable clusering analysis and factor analysis.Method:First,72 inpatients were divided randomly into two groups:Obsevation group, the inpatients in this group were treated by the prescriptions that including toxic traditional Chinese medicine. Comparison group, the inpatients in this group were treated by the prescriptions that without any toxic traditional Chinese medicine. Two groups recived 7-day treatment.Than the side effects were compared between two groups. Second,170 prescriptions that including toxic traditional Chinese medicine were studied by frequencies analysis,varable clusering analysis and factor analysis, that make a final conclsion with the historic and modern Theory of traditional Chinese medicine about cancer.Result:First, there is no significant difference between obsevation group and comparison group in the white blood cell count, hemoglobin, blood platelet.2 inpatients whose neutrophil count reduced in obsevation group and made significant difference between obsevation group and comparison group. there is no significant difference between obsevation group and comparison group in the alanine aminotransferase, aspartate aminotransferase, total bilirubin.3 inpatients whoseγ-glutamy transferase raised up in obsevation group and made significant difference between obsevation group and comparison group. there is no side effects in neither obsevation group and comparison group on the Urinary system. Second, frequencies analysis shows that there are mainly tonifying medicine, dissipating phlegm medicine, promoting blood medicine, dieresis medicine, carminative medicine, blood-stanching medicine, removing dampness medicine, suppressing hyperactive liver medicine, superficies-relieving medicine except toxic medicine, varable clusering analysis and factor analysis show that eliminating the toxicity with toxic medicine, invigorating spleen and regulating qi-flowing, dissipating phlegm and desiccating, promoting blood circulation for removing blood stasis are the most important method of treatment of all.Conclusion:First, the side effects that caused by toxic traditional Chinese medicine in certain dose are slight, and do not effect on the normal treatment. The observation shows that toxic traditional Chinese medicine is safe in certain dose. Second, in the Theory of traditional Chinese medicine,the the most important cause and pathogenesis of cancer are toxicity, deficient vital qi, phlegm, satic blood. Deficient vital qi can increase phlegm and satic. On the other side.phlegm and satic can increase deficient vital qi. So strengthening body resistance is as important as elinminating pathogen. Eliminating the toxicity with toxic medicine, invigorating spleen and regulating qi-flowing, dissipating phlegm and desiccating, promoting blood circulation for removing blood stasis taken as the most important method of treatment of all.
