ObjectiveTo obsever the therapeutic efficacy of Jin Fu An Decoction in treating late stage non-small cell lung cancer and to explore it, s partial mechanism. Methods60 patients with late stage non-small cell lung cancer were divided randomly into two groups:treatment group of Chinese medicine and the best supportive care group. All groups were received two cycles (42 days) treatment. Respectively, before treatment and after treatment in Chinese medicine group and the control group compared the clinical symptoms, tumor size, the quality of life, weight, immune function, changes in antigen and to observe the clinical side effects occurred and within 3 months after the end of treatment rate of distant metastasis occurs, a comprehensive evaluation of the side for advanced non-small cell lung cancer treatment.
