Currently scalp acupuncture treatment for stroke clinical studies are lack of rigorous and objective evaluation about truth reported and the method, also lack of systematic analysis of the literature, and the quality of its research and conclusions can not be pinpoint to evaluate so is difficult to sum up its own rules, that is impeded the promotion of scalp acupuncture spread of this disease. At the same time various of acupuncture manipulation and acupuncture prescription make more difficult in objective differences in therapeutic effect of acupuncture, therefore, literature and literature for acupuncture efficacy of acupuncture with a reasonable interpretation of the evaluation is especially important. Objective:To search and to assessment the methodological quality of the last 20 years, literature of the Scalp Treatment of acute ischemic stroke in the clinical, in order to make scalp acupuncture treatment to play better in the treatment of acute ischemic stroke using, to provide evidence for the systematic review, for the ultimate of clinicalMethod:Collection of the past 20 years'literature on the scalp acupuncture treatment of stroke, use evidence-based medicine to systematic and analysis the collected literature. In the circumstances of their disease, research design, inclusion and exclusion diagnostic criteria, select the acupuncture system of control measures to evaluate the efficacy of such evaluation criteria for the clinical practice of providing a more reliable basis. Results:In the collection was published more than 110 articles on clinical treatment of cerebral infarction, its research program designed to 16.42% of the quality of the results of the randomized control method used, all the documents were made no estimation of sample size. Only 42.86% explicitly contain "comparable" word.6.25% of the literature on the randomization method described in brief, a method for the error randomized, blinded the literature that accounts for 2.68%, not the true meaning of the blind.92.86% of the text of the data were statistically,22.32% of the literature failed to judge from the article whether the correct statistical methods.4.47% were followed up, not mention whether any errors literature visit and exit cases.1.79% reported adverse events are given. Conclusion:In China, in the recent 20 years'literature of scalp acupuncture treatment for stroke, the proportion of randomized controlled is low, randomized, poor quality and reliability; blind has not been adopted; also balanced between the groups baseline comparison, the reasonableness of the control measures, end point selection and other issues.
