Diagnosis Of Magnetic Resonance Imaging In Glenoid Labrum Injury Of Shoulder Dislocation

ObjectiveTo evaluate the value of MRI in the diagnosis of glenoid labrum injury in shoulder dislocation.MethodsA retrospective study was done on twenty patients who complaint of shoulder dislocation underwent MRI of the shoulder. Analysis MRI performance features of the normal and abmormal labrum.ResultsMRI findings included:11 cases of glenoid labrum tear,2 of complex labrum injury,3 of abnormality of the glenoid labrum,4 of normal glenoid labrum.9 of the 20 cases were confirmed by surgery and arthroscopym, the others were followed-up after conservative treatment.ConclusionMRI is a good modality in the diagnosis of glenoid labrum injury of shoulder dislocation. MRI could detailed display the Features of normal and abmormal labrum. MRI combine with clinical could avoid unnecessary surgery.
