Objective: To investigate and analyze the changes of the measure indexesin the shoulde rmagnetic resonance.Materials and methods: Collection of patients with a history of cerebrovascular accident line shoulder joint mri scans, a total of 54 patients, have different degree of 43 patients with shoulder joint symptoms.12 cases, 31 cases of male, female, aged 45 to 80 years, mean age, 62.5 years.Of 43 cases, 33 cases of cerebral infarction, cerebral hemorrhage(3 cases), 7cases of cerebral thrombosis.All cases after craniocerebral MRI confirmed.Length of hospital stay 15 ~ 256 days, an average of 95 days.Set the cotrol group by 30 normal people. Using Philips magnetic resonance imaging, the use of shoulder joint coil, application of FSE, for patients with shoulder joint coronal T1WI- FS sequence, PDWI- FS series, axial and sagittal and coronal T2WI- FS sequence scan.On the image of the shoulder joint fault obtained from the measurement of shoulder joint clearance(mm), beak lock clearance(mm), under the deltoid muscle capsule(mm), thickness(mm), coronoid process within the shoulder joint effusion under capsule(mm), under the acromion effusion thickness(mm), and observe the structure form and the surrounding adjacent to the relationship.Using the Spearman’s rho correlation analysis method, analysis of shoulder joint clearance(mm), beak lock clearance(mm), under the deltoid muscle capsule(mm), thickness(mm), coronoid process within the shoulder joint effusion under capsule(mm), under the acromion effusion thickness(mm) and respectively and shoulder joint injury degree of correlation;Using Pearson correlation analysis of the correlation between these measurements.Results: 1.under the deltoid muscle thickness of capsule, shoulder joint effusion has correlation with damage degree, correlation coefficient r = 0.302 respectively(P < 0.05), 0.05(P < 0.01), under the deltoid muscle thickness of capsule, shoulder joint effusion associated with damage degree and have statistical significance.2.Thickness within the shoulder joint effusion and shoulder brachial clearance correlation coefficient r = 0.562, P < 0.01), acromion and shoulder capsule effusion thickness under brachial clearance correlation coefficient r = 0.365, P < 0.01), thickness and beak lock gap within the shoulder joint effusion, correlation coefficient r = 0.294(P < 0.05), under the acromion capsule and shoulder joint effusion fluid thickness thickness correlation coefficient r = 0.367, P < 0.01).Conclusion: MRI can clearly show the shoulder, beak, gap between the gap of humerus, deltoid muscle thickness of capsule, shoulder joint effusion, coronoid process under the thickness of capsule, shoulder peak of effusion.Under the deltoid muscle thickness of capsule, shoulder joint effusion associated with shoulder joint damage degree, and has guiding significance for the diagnosis of hemiplegic shoulder.Thickness at the same time, in the shoulder joint effusion and shoulder joint clearance, shoulder peak, beak, cystic effusion thickness under lock clearance and acromion and shoulder capsule effusion thickness under brachial correlation between clearance, to a certain extent, also can be used as an auxiliary diagnosis of hemiplegic shoulder quantifiable indicators.
