ObjectiveExoloring the risk factors of short time prognosis with viral encephalitis.MethodsClinical data of 98 cases of viral encephalitis were retrospective analyzed, all of the patients received 2W~2M treatment.According to the Glasgow Outcome Scale divided them into good and poor prognosis groups, choosing 20 related risk factors and making multi-factor Logistic regressive analysis.ResultsSingle-factor analysis shows the lasting time of seizures, conscious disorder, deficiency of cranial nerves, servere abnormal electroencephlogram, abnormal of cranial MRI have significant statistics(P<0.05). When making them into the multi-factor Logistic regressive analysis,it shows that the abnormal of cranial MRI is the first related risk factor, the lasting time of seizures second only to it.ConclusionsThe prognosis of viral encephalitis is related to many factors. This paper shows the abnormal of cranial MRI and the lasting time of seizures are the important related risk factors of short time prognosis.
