| ObjectiveTo explore the changes of hs-CRP in patients with anterior and posterior circulation acute cerebral infarction and the clinical implications.MethodsHs-CRP levels in 44 patients with anterior circulation cerebral acute cerebral infarction and 40 patients with posterior circulation acute infarction those who were infarcted within 24 hours were determined by automatic biochemistry analyzer.ResultsThe levels of hs-CRP in patients with posterior acute cerebral circulation infarction were higher than those in anterior circulation acute cerebral infarction groups(P< 0.0328).ConclusionThe levels of hs-CRP in patients with posterior circulation acute erebral infarction were higher than those in anterior circulation acute cerebral infarction, Which suggested that patients with posterior circulation acute cerebral infarction may have more inflammation than patients with anterior circulation acute cerebral infarction. |
