| ObjectiveTo analyze the clinical and primary percutaneous coronary intervention (PCI) characteristics of the patients with non-ST-segment elevation myocardial infarction(NSTEMI) in order to provide references for diagnosing and treating NSTEMI.MethodThree hundred and two patients were enrolled and PCI was performed for all patients.42 patients with non-ST-segment elevation myocardial infarction, and the other 260 patients with acute myocardial infraction were classified into control group. The clinical and angiographic data were collected and analyzed. We also detected left ventricular ejection fraction and recorded the main complications, adverse reactions and mortality.ResultsThe number of the woman, the elder (≥65 years)in NSTEMI group was significantly higher than that in STEMI group;the number of patients in NSTEMI group complicated by hypertension, diabetes mellitus, dyslipidemia was significantly higher than that in STEMI group; myocardial injury markers and left ventricular ejection fraction (LVEF≤55%) were significantly lower in NSTEMI patients than that in the STEMI group; Angiographic data showed multi-vessel disease was more in NSTEMI group;there were no significant differences of PCI immediate success rate, major complications, adverse reactions and mortality between the two groups. Conclusion Patients with NSTEMI are more in elder female patients who had multiple risk factors. Patients with NSTEMI tend to have more multi-vessel disease and the immediate PCI success rate. There are no differences in complications, adverse reactions and mortality between the two groups.. Therefore,NSTEMI can not be ignored and should give active intervention at early stageConclusionsThe patients with NSTEMI is more frequent in elderly female patients who had Multiple risk factors. The patients with NSTEMI tend to have more multi-vessel disease and the immediate PCI success rate is high. Like as intraoperative and postoperative,NSTEMI patients of adverse reactions and mortality rates similar to patients with STEMI. Therefore,NSTEMI can not be ignored and should be active involvement of early intervention. |
