ObjectiveColorectal cancer is the threat to human health, one of the major cancers. Studies have shown that polynuclear neutrophils in cytokine-induced tumor rejection plays a central role. Invasive edge of colorectal cancer the same phenomenon occurs MAF. K-ras gene mutation in early adenoma adenoma into a mid-term plays an important role in the process. The purpose of this study on colorectal cancer pathology margin transverse and longitudinal cutting edge pathology MAF distance from the tumor contrast, and K-ras gene expression of horizontal and vertical cutting edge cutting edge of the tumor progression.MethodsStudy selected 30 colorectal cancer in China Medical University and anal disease in patients with colorectal cancer surgical ward. All patients had not received chemotherapy, radiotherapy or other treatment for cancer. K-ras expression:Horizontal and vertical cutting edge of the adjacent mucosa expression of K-ras positive comparison, no significant difference(P>0.05). Carcinoma, adjacent mucosa, adjacent mucosa and normal mucosa lcm K-ras positive rate of lcm between two adjacent mucosa compared with normal mucosa no significant difference (P>0.05). The remaining differences are significant. Cancer (different histological type and differentiation), adjacent mucosa, tubulovillous adenoma between normal mucosa the K-ras expression were no significant difference(P>0.05). Adenocarcinoma, mucinous adenocarcinoma, tubulovillous adenoma compare with no significant difference. (P>0.05) 1cm mucosa adjacent to compare horizontal and vertical no significant difference(P>0.05). Adjacent mucosa and normal mucosa 1cm between no significant difference(P>0.05). The remaining: Adenocarcinoma of K-ras expression and tumor margin from the end-term MAF no correlation between the distance.Conclusion1.colorectal cancer patients appear horizontal and vertical cutting edge of MAF and the MAF risk of no difference between the distance from the tumor.2. Colorectal cancer tumor resection margin distance from the end-term MAF with increased tumor malignancy and growth. Well differentiated and moderately differentiated adenocarcinoma 1cm lateral resection can be considered safe.3.K-ras expression in colorectal horizontal and vertical resection margin positive rate and no difference between strength.4.The degree of differentiation of colorectal cancer and histological type K-ras expression was no difference between.5.Colorectal cancer and tubulovillous adenomas K-ras expression was no difference between.6.Normal mucosa, adjacent mucosa, colorectal cancer K-ras expression increased gradually.7.Adjacent mucosa and normal mucosa 1cm K-ras expression was no significant difference.8.Adenocarcinoma of K-ras expression and tumor margin from the end-term MAF no correlation between the distance.
