Objective:Reproductive age is of the high risk age in endometriosis,low fertility, late onset women was higher than fertility women who have more children,Incidence rate of reproductive age women are 15%,and incidence rate of post-menopausal women have up to 2% to 5%. Endometriosis conduce chronic pelvic pain, dysmenorrhea, infertility, etc. Serious impact on young women's health and quality of life,so we should pay more attention to.When the pelvic ectopic endometrium outside the site in violation (such as umbilical, bladder, kidney, ureter, lung, pleura, breast, arms and legs, etc.) as a special area of endometriosis.These special sites despite have symptoms of endometriosis in early, but its specific diagnosis is often difficult, or even misdiagnosis. Early detection and treatment of disease will control the development of the disease in large part, to alleviate the suffering of patients at the same time .Methods:This article was retrospectively analyzed for the 79 patients hospitalized in a special area of endometriosis from October 1999 to October 2009 in the First Hospital of Jilin University. Discuss the symptoms,diagnosis and treatment of special parts of endometriosis, provide a reference for the clinician. Result:1.
