Objective: To explore the application of 320-detector row CT perfusion imaging in normal adult cerebral hemodynamics.Methods: The whole brain perfusion of the 320-detector row CT was performed in 25 normal adult whose results were normal. All the whole perfusion imaging was retrospective analyzed .CBF,CBV,MTT and TTP were measured within the ROI of the distributional area of Intracranial artery, and quantitative analysis was performed.Result: CBF,CBV,MTT,TTP of gray matter in the 3/4 part of the brain hemisphere side and the1/4 part of the back of the frontal and parietal lobes whose blood supplied from the anterior cerebral artery were 61.85±15.03, 2.71±0.70,2.76±0.68,8.53±1.29; white matter's CBF,CBV, MTT, TTPwere21.56±5.79,1.31±0.42,3.76±1.35,10.19±2.45;CBF,CBV, MTT, TTP of the front branch of internal capsule were 37.45±12.58, 2.06±0.68,2.83±0.78, 6.71±0.86; CBF,CBV, MTT,TTP of the caudate nucleus were58.50±7.88, 2.55±0.41,2.38±0.76, 7.42±1.29; Thalamus's CBF,CBV, MTT,TTP were 69.56±11.25,3.82±0.76, 3.58±0.56, 9.92±1.53.CBF,CBV,MTT,TTP of gray matter in the 2/3 part of the lateral dorsal of the brain hemisphere including Frontal, parietal, temporal and insula lobes were 61.99±13.20, 2.81±0.56, 2.59±0.45,8.72±1.37. The white matter's were26.12±8.04,2.32±1.03,3.93±0.89,10.61±1.63; CBF, CBV ,M TT ,TTP of the knee and the posterior branch of the internal capsule were 29.08±9.72,2.04±0.48,3.14±1.24,9.26±1.24;CBF,CBV,MTT,TTP of the putamen were 58.50±12.69,2.54±0.81,2.65±0.91,8.36±1.27;CBF,CBV,MTT,TTP of Pallidum were 64.21±9.75,3.53±0.77,3.43±0.83, 9.99±0.72.Gray matter's CBF,CBV,MTT,TTP whose blood supplied from the posteriorcerebral artery were 44.31±8.40,2.50±0.46,3.04±0.54,9.88±0.92; thewhitematter'sCBF,CBV,MTT, TTPwere24.33±8.00,2.00±1.04,3.77±0.8 8 ,10.61±1.36. CBF,CBV,MTT,TTP of brain whose blood supplied from the posterior inferior cerebellar artery ,PICA and the anterior inferiorcerebellarartery were 45.87±10.43,2.73±0.99,3.63±0.95,9.83±1.31. (CBF :ml/(100g﹒min);CB :ml/100g;MTT:s,TTP:s)The CBF of gray matter in the region whose blood supplied by the anterior cerebral artery and the middle artery was higher than which whose blood supplied by the posterior cerebral artery and the aretry of the cerebellar. MTT and TTP delaied. There is statistical difference of CBF,CBV,MTT,TTP among gray matter, gray matter nuclei and white matter.The gray matter and gray matter nuclei have higher CBF,CBV and lower MTT,TTP.Conclusion: The study of the whole brain perfusion employing 320-detector row CT in normal adult makes up for gaps in the study of cerebral perfusion and improves the sensitivity of clinical diagnosis. This study has role in attracting valuable opinions and further research in formulating diagnostic criteria of cerebral perfusion. Objective:To explore the application of"one stop"brain scanning employing 320- detector row CT in the diagnosis of the patient with symptoms of transient ischemic.Methods:The"one stop"brain scanning employing 320-detector row CT was performed in 38 patients who has symptoms of transient ischemic .CTA and CTP imaging was retrospective analyzed. The correlation between symptoms, NIHSS and CTA and CTP was explored. The conformance between abnormal perfusion areas inferred through symptoms and abnormal areas of CTP perfusion imaging was observed.Result:1.There are 8 patients whose CTA and CTP were negative(21.05%);The amount of patient with negative CTP and positive CTA is 5(13.16%); 9 patients have positive CTA and CTP(23.68%); there are patients whose CTA is negative and CTP is positive(41.03%).One of these patients has moyamoya disease.2.The positive rate of CTA and CTP in NIHSS≥4 group is significantly higher than NIHSS=0 group and NIHSS<4 group. (χ2=4.13,p=0.033<0.05;χ2=4.40,p=0.049<0.05 )。3. The consistent rate between abnormal perfusion areas inferred through symptoms and abnormal areas of CTP perfusion imaging in NIHSS≥4 group is higher than NIHSS=0 group. (χ2=0.92,p=0.014<0.05)Conclusion:1. For patients with symptoms of cerebral ischemia, 320 row CT volume of whole brain "one stop" examination is a comprehensive and effective inspection tool. This examination can avoid misdiagnosis and was widely used in clinical diagnosis.2. With the NIHSS score increased, CTA and CTP have significantly higher positive rate.3. There are inconsistencies rate between abnormal perfusion areas inferred through symptoms and abnormal areas of CTP perfusion imaging in patients with symptoms of cerebral ischemia. So neurologists should more prudently use clinical symptoms to infer low perfusion areas, but pay attention to the use of 320 row CT volume of brain " One-stop "inspection to obtain more accurate results.
