Objective To investgate the blood glucose changes of patients who undergo laparoscopic surgery using liquid with different components, and explore the safety of using liquid with glucose in laparoscopic surgery. Methods From January 2009 to March 2010, 45 Patients who undergoes laparoscopic cholecystectomy or laparoscopic hernia repair were randomly divided into three groups of 15 cases(26 Patients who undergoes laparscopic cholecystectomy,19 Patients who undergoes laparscopic hernia repair). Group I use Compound Electrolytes and Glucose Injection MG3(9 Patients who undergoes laparscopic cholecystectomy,6 Patients who undergoes laparscopic hernia repair); Group II use Multiple Electrolytes and Invert Sugar Injection(7 Patients who undergoes laparscopic cholecystectomy, 8 Patients who undergoes laparscopic hernia repair);Groupâ…¢use Sodium Lactate Ringer's Injection ( 10 Patients who undergoes laparscopic cholecystectomy, 5 Patients who undergoes laparscopic hernia repair). We monitor the vital sign, electrolyte, blood gas analysis and blood glucose concentration of three groups in before pneumoperitoneum (T1), pneumoperitoneum after 30min (T2), pneumoperitoneum after 60min (T3), extubation after 15min (T4) Separately.Result (1) all patient in three groups had no significant difference in demographics(age and body weight) (P>0.05) (2) all patient in three groups had no significant difference in vital sign(HR and MAP) (P>0.05)(3) all patient in three groups had no significant difference in electrolyte and blood gas analysis (Na+,K+,PH,PaO2,PaCO2,BE) (P>0.05) (4) blood glucose:â—‹1 between groups :the glucose concentrations of three groups is no significant difference in T1 (P> 0.05), the glucose concentrations of three group is differences in T2,T3,T4 (P <0.05), the difference was statistically.â—‹2 inner groups: the glucose concentrations of three group in T1 is lower than it in T2,T3,T4 (P <0.05), the difference was statistically; the glucose concentrations of I group in T3 is difference in T4 (P <0.05), the glucose concentrations of II group in T3 is no significant difference in T4(P>0.05).Conclusion The glucose concentrations elevated in patients of laparoscopic surgery with blood glucose liquid sugar, but this does not affect the vital signs and internal environment changes (water electrolyte and acid-base balance) of patients with surgery; concentration of sugar solution containing the lower the blood glucose change on the smaller.
