Objective: To analyze the related factors of invasive carcinoma of cervix be missed diagnosis in colposcopy biopsy. Methods: A retrospective analysis of the past three years, the 138 patients who colposcopy cervical biopsy diagnosis is CIN, and do cervical conization in the short-term are compared with the results of colposcopy biopsy and the final pathological examination in our hospital Gynecology. analyze The related factors of invasive carcinoma of cervix be missed diagnosis in colposcopy biopsy. Results: The colposcopic biopsy's pathologic examination results consistent with the final pathologic examination in 83 cases (60.1%) in 138 patients; 34 cases(24.6%) diagnosis of high level; 21 cases (15.2%)diagnostic of low level, which missed diagnosis invasive carcinoma in 16 cases (11.6%). The logistic regression analysis have showed that three factors have significant correlation in the missed diagnosis of invasive carcinoma of cervix..They are whose age≥40 years old, the biopsy's result of colposcopy more than CINII and colposcopy examination are not satisfied. The relative risk were 3.111,3E +008,62.912.Conclusion: If you only rely on the the results of pathological examination by multi-point biopsy under colposcopy for diagnosis, it will result in the low diagnosis of CIN, some invasive carcinoma may be missed. There are three situations:⑴The people whose age≥40 years old,⑵The biopsy's result of colposcopy more than CINII,⑶Colposcopy are not satisfied, there are risk factors for missing diagnosis of invasive carcinoma, such patients of colposcopy may be highly vigilant, they will be done diagnostic conization if it is necessary.
