Studied the TS incidence, treatment and prognosis factors related to the disease to correctly recognize the disease and provide evidence for probing into the pathogenesis, correcting classification, effective treatment, prevention.MethodDiagnosed and cured From January 2007 to Dcember 2008,207 cases of TS were selected. Through the cases table of complete prognosis, retrospectively analyze patient's basic information, course of disease, severity, syndrome classification, treatment, prognosis and the correlation between their's. Discuss the factors affecting disease course, severity, symptom classification, treatment and prognosis.Result207 cases of pediatric patients, the male to female ratio is about 5.9:1, Predilection for children under 12 years old,6 to 12 years was the incidence peak, the average duration was 2.79±2.22 years, duration of treatment was 15.4±5.26 months, symptom type was in spleen and kidney weakness mainly. Correlation test showed:age on the course and severity, treatment had a significant statistical significance (P<0.05), course of disease on the severity was a significant statistical significance (P <0.05), course of disease and severity on the prognosis had a significant statistical significance (P<0.05); Other related statistics was no significant difference (P> 0.05). Conclusion1. Tics in children with the basic surveyMale patients were significantly higher than women, about 5.9:1;Children under 12 years old were proned and 6 to 12 years as the peak of incidence, treatment 1 to 1.5 years.
