Objectives:1. To study the method of modeling implant transgingival in animals.2. To investigate the healing of soft tissues on flap vs flapless whit inflammation and microcirculation changes.Material and methods:Six beagle dogs were utilized in this study, extracted premolar in mandible.8 weeks after healing, implanted in 2 week, 4 week and 8 week for total 36 implants. To observed GCD, SBI, GCF, GCF-AST, GCF-ALP, VEGF, MVD, gingival recession, and the results statistical analysis with SPSS13.0. During the study period, professional oral hygiene was performed for the Beagle dogs one time a week. Results:The GCF,GCF-AST,GCF-ALP in flap group were greater than flapless group at 2w(p<0.05);GCF in flap group was greater than flapless group at 4w(p<0.05), GCF-AST,GCF-ALP did not differ significantly at 4w(p>0.05);The inter-group difference in flap group and flapless group did differ significantly (p<0.05).The OD of VEGF in flap group was greater than flapless group at 2w (p<0.05), and flap group was less than flapless group at 4w and 8w(p<0.05);the flap group and flapless group at 2w were greater than normal group(p<0.05).The MVD did not differ significantly at 2w and 4w,flap group was less than flapless group and normal group at 8w(p<0.05).The gingival recession was greater in flap group(p<0.05).Conclusions:1. It was reliable and successful to extracted Beagle dogs'premolar in mandible and then implanted transgingival.2. The inflammatory reaction level and gingival recession level were greater in flap surgery than flapless surgery, the microcirculation in gingiva was worse in flap surgery than flapless surgery.
