The Analysis of The Signs of Uremic Lung and The Ralationship of Its Occurrence and Creatinine, Urea and Carbondioxide Combining PowerPurpose(1) To probably study the CT signs of uremic lung, raising awareness of uremic lung(2)To study the correlation between the occurrence of uremic lung and the creatinine, urea, carbon dioxide combining power, providing the basis for the prevention and treatment of uremic lungMethods(1)To strictly selected, in accordance with the inclusion criteria and exclusion criteria,58 cases of patients with chronic renal insufficiency who was mad a definite diagnosis in outpatient clinic and hospital between July 2008 and February 2010, of which 44 patients with chronic glomerulonephritis, chronic renal pelvis nephritis in 5 cases,7 cases of bilateral hydronephrosis and polycystic liver polycystic kidney in 2 cases, all these patient received 64-slice spiral CT examination and pulmonary infection, tuberculosis, other lung diseases were excluded, then summary the CT signs of uremic lung.(2)To collect the clinical data of Selected cases, including creatinine, urea and carbon dioxide combining power, etc., using statistical software for logistic regression analysisResults(1) There are 27 cases whose CT shows positive signs in the 58 cases selected patients, as follows (see 1)(2) The occurrence of uremic lung and SCr, BU, and CO2-CP in the logistic regression analysis results are as follows (see Table 2)The logistic regression analysis showed that the blood creatinine and blood urea nitrogen levels increased and carbon dioxide combining power reduction are thre risk factors of the uremic lung. Simple correction of metabolic acidosis can not reduce the incidence of uremic lung.
