The current'Constitutional'word is being used very widely. Modern Chinese Dictionary has been interpreted as ability to adapt to the outside world and the ability to resist disease. Practically, people's physical and mental qualities also simply say the whole constitution and constitutional characteristics and temperament; the term is also used as a comprehensive. Not only widely used in sociology, but also in knowledge on a variety of meanings. Korea Sa sang Constitution Theory of a kind unique physical concept becomes the doctrine since when it's established 100 years ago to now. With the TCM globalization, TCM and Korean medicine will continue to increase, the trend in this era of consolidation of concepts and theories of comparative research are also essential. This paper proposed the method of sorting through literature Chinese medicine theory and the physical similarities and differences between South Korea's Sa sang, four concepts, Constitution Theory.First, through the review of the literature on the perception of historical review, foreign body, in particular starts"Nei jing"and throughout the ancient Chinese concept of constitution to sort out, On the basis of the"Chinese Physical Theory"written by well-known medical scientist Professor Wang Qi, for a full range of interpretation, from the concepts of view of internal organs, different body types, diagnosis treatment and prescription, health and methods Taboo;Korean Medical is on the basis of the"East Medical Su sae bo won"written by famous Korean medical scientists Li Jae ma, Dong mo. It proposed four concepts, Sa sang, and study medicine, from the social background, the angle of epidemics because of its form, focused on four concepts, Sa sang, as physical medicine and related organs of, popular features, diagnosis, symptoms, prescription and health study sort out such content. And thus draw the following conclusions:Both theories have in common as both are derived from the basic theory of"Nei jing". Both theories are more focused than the treatment of disease to physical-based prevention. In addition, Both theories designed to identify common features of physical classification to make it objective and scientific survey. The biggest difference between China and Korea theory is different concepts. Chinese constitution is based on Yin and Yang theory, five elements, organs, meridians, blood and body fluids such as Chinese medicine basic theory as a guide to "Nei jing" and the ancient physicians as the basis of physical theories, from the physical process theory, Qi and shape theory, environmental constraints theory, the genetic endowment of the basic principles to define the Chinese constitution and its related concepts.Instead four concepts, Sa sang, and medical use of"Metabolism of Qi, human, sex, life,"the overall concept as the theoretical guidance to"the four concepts, Sa sang, and four-dimensional"structure as the main theoretical structure, to distinguish the main features as on the governance committee.Chinese medicine theory in physical science physical point of view based on a five-elements with organs are observed, the relative role of allelopathy, but the Sa sang Constitution Theory and four organ theory are so related, in Sa sang theory Heart is not include in five organs, Heart is mentioned as spiritual organ. Chinese physical theory is being observed relationships between five internal organs, but the Sa sang, four concepts, Constitution Theory of medical showed unequal relationship. And the quality of TCM constitution theory believes it is horizontal relationship between five organs, but the Sa sang, four concepts, Constitution Theory believes four physical medicines that there is no better or worse emphasis added complete their respective shortcomings. Chinese physical theory believes that the physical body is variable, but the Sa sang, four concepts, Constitution Theory believes that the physical body is immutable.
