Objective:This paper discusses the necessity of preventive use of antibiotics before inner eye surgery by comparing the sterile filtration effect of three kinds of measures: simple antibiotics ocustilla drip eyes, unite. flushing conjunctival sac.and unite, and integral apply broad-spectrum antibiotic preoperation.Method:Randomly select 200 eyes and divide them into control group(50 eyes) and experimental group (150 eyes). Experimental group is randomly divided into groupâ… ,â…¡andâ…¢, and each group has 50 eyes. The four groups all take conjunctival sac bacterial culture without intervening in conjunctival sac. Meanwhile control group applies normal saline 100ml for flushing; Groupâ… fifty eyes drops levofloxacin ocustilla,4 times every day, continuous drop for every three days later conjunctival sac bacteria to develop; Groupâ…¡group fifty eyes drops levofloxacin ocustilla and saline water 100 ml to wash conjunctival sac then the conjunctival sac bacteria to develop; groupâ…¢50 eyes drops levofloxacin ocustilla three days and the drops in levofloxacin lactate injection 100 ml an hour later with saline water to wash the conjunctival sac every 100 ml and develop the sac the conjunctival sac bacteria.Results:1. Groupâ… of fifty eyes drops levofloxacin ocustilla of the sac with the conjunctival sac bacteria positive rate were 34.0% and 12.0%, and the differences have statistical significance (?2=6.832, P<0.01).2. For the groupâ…¡of 50 eyes drops levofloxacin ocustilla three days at the drop of liquor with saline water 100 ml flushing the conjunctival before and after sac pouches the conjunctival sac pouches bacteria to develop, the positive rate were 38.0%and 8.0%, and the differences have statistical significance (?2=12.705, P<0.01) too.3 Groupâ…¢of fifty eyes drops levofloxacin ocustilla, drops in levofloxacin lactate injection 100ml an hour later with saline water 100 ml flushing the conjunctival sac pouches the conjunctival sac pouches bacteria to develop positive rate was 36.0% and 4.0%. The differencesof the three types of bacteria to develop joint action and positive rate have statistical significance (?2=16.000, P<0.01).4.Groupâ… ,â…¡andâ…¢has not interfered in the pouch the conjunctival sac capsule before the train positive rate were 34.0%,38.0% and 36.0%, three groups have no statistical significance (?2=0.174, P>0.05). And groupâ… ,â…¡andâ…¢have three different the conjunctival sac purse into the scrotum bacteria to develop measures, and the conjunctival sac positive rate were12.0%,8.0% and 4.0%, groupâ… and groupâ…¡,groupâ…¡and groupâ…¢have statistics significant differences (?2=10.606, P<0.01)Conclusions:1. Use thelevofloxacin and normal saline before inner eye operation to rinse conjunctiva pouches and prevents infection of effective measures, which can be implemented regularly.2. the use of levofloxacin lactate injection an hour before prcopcration can improve obviously bacteria clearance of conjunctiva pouches, and also contributes to preventing infection after inner eye operation.
