Objective Ischemic necrosis of children femoral head, also called Legg-Calve-Perthes disease, it is one of the Department of orthopaedics Stubborn Disease. Many Chinese and Foreign experts have been studying every aspects of this disease, they have been making a lot of progress.There are various kinds of etiologies about this disease, many treatments based on etiologies have been reported during the study process. However the surgery based on the possible etiologies had brought a lot of controversies such as the following questions:Is it necessary? Is it effective? Does it have side effects?.These debates need to be considered seriously and to be supported by a long-term follow-up of a lot of cases and scientific effect evaluation. Nowadays, most scholars suggest that Complex and traumatic operations would not be used until the etiology is clear。So we are exploring one method which is diminutive of trauma。It's effective, with no risk or lower risk, reduce the pain of the patient and is very convenient。Method This topic uses previous cases for studies and researches. We collect the cases of final diagnosis to do objective Ischemic necrosis of children femoral head in the first affiliated hospital of Guangzhou university chinese medicine hip joint center from August 2003 to December 2009. There are 64 patients all together, among them 2 have two dipl-hip joint. follow-up, out-patient clinic to recheck, Sex, age, improvement Frog posture plaster external fixation and Abduction and weight bearing plastic times, patho classification, Herring's classification of lateral column, hip joint dearticulation, VAS pain assessed, X-RAY classification, Mckay for hip joint function assessed, clinical symptoms, we collected and sorted out information, analyzed the effectiveness rate, then using statistics analyzed and compared。Results The outcome in Abduction and weight bearing plastic gait times groups and all treatment of the times groups with patiens hip joint dearticulation to have a better outcomeConclusion Applying the Abduction and weight bearing plastic gait times and all treatment of the times to the treatment of Legg-Calve-Perthes disease is a good and effective method.
