Clinical Research On The Appendix Abscess Treating By Chinese Medicine Ezternally Applies And Clysis And On The Effect Of C-reactive Protein

Objectives: To observe the clinical effects on the appendix abscess treating by Chinese medicine Shuang Bai San externally applies and Tong Fu Xie Re Clysis decoction and observe its effect of C-reactive protein to discusses its fun-ction mechanism.Method:60 suitable appendices abscess patients were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group. The control group were given the normal western medicine treatment, and the treatment group were given Chinese Medicine Shuang Bai San Ezternally Applies and Tong Fu Xie Re Clysis decoction in the base of the normal western medicine treatment. Both of them were seven days as a course.2 courses later, The total effect rate and the patient abdominal painand the partial tenderness, the bounce pain, the body temperature closely; the blood picture, Bao Kuai, ultrasound inspection were observed. The restore time of patient body temperature and the abdominal pain vanishing time, the package block dissipation time, the baokuai vanish situation and the patients CRP were compared.Result:The total effect rate of the treatment group was 93.33%, evidently higher than 79.31% of the control group(P<0.01). The body temperature restores thenormal time in the treatment group was 65.03±21.20 Hour, the abdominal pain vanishing time in the treatment group was 6.67±2.05 Days, the control group's were 95.03±30.87 Hoursand9.85±2.23 Days. Between them, there was significance difference (P＜0.05, P＜0.01). After one course, the white blood cell number, the neutral granular cell number were declined (P＜0.05),but the the treatment group was superior to the control group (P＜0.05). After one course, the Bao Kuai area were declined (P＜0.05), but the the treatment group was superior to the control group.(P＜0.05). After 2 courses, the Bao Kuai in 5 patients in the treatment group and 2 patients in the control group were vanished and the Bao Kuai area were declined remarkably, but the the treatment group was superior to the control group (P＜0.05). After one course, the CPR were declined, but the the treatment group was superior to the control group (P＜0.05). After 2 courses, the CRP in the treatment group were declined remarkably, but the the treatment group was superior to the control group (P＜0.05)Conclusion:Chinese Medicine Shuang Bai San Ezternally Applies and Tong Fu Xie Re Clysis decoction in the base on The normal western medicine treated the appendix abscess patients can promotes around the appendix abscess patient abdominal pain vanishing time, the body temperature to restore the normal time, patients'body temperature; the whiteblood cell number, the neutral granular cell number, reduce with the package of block and the CRP, and can avoid the effects of the operation, less complications occur, the side effect.It diverses clinical using. However, we just study for the primary mechanism of action, and we have to study for the bathypelagic mechanism of action in the future.
