The Effective Observation Of Curing Damp-heat Diarrhea In Children By Therapeutic Equipment Of Point-penetration Of Traditional Chinese Drugs

ObjectiveBy observing clinical efficacy of the traditional Chinese medicine acupuncture iontophoresis treatment of pediatric Damp-heat diarrhea, the study will provide a new method for the treatment of diarrhea, thereby enriching ways of Traditional Chinese Medicine treatment of Diarrhea, but also will provide a new ideas to combine traditional Chinese medicine and modern medical technology.MethodsThe purpose of the study were collected 120 cases of eligible cases from the Guangdong Provincial TCM Hospital clinic and hospitalization. They were randomly divided into study group and control group 60 cases each, two groups were treated by Chinese and Western medicine commom therapy, Ge gen qin lian Decoction was the main recipe for all the cases, modified with the evidence; Western medicine gave rehydration and symptomatic treatment to all the cases[refer to "Chinese Academy of Pediatrics" (The seventh edition of Wang Shou-chuan Editor) and "China's diarrhea diagnosis and treatment program"], on this basis, the study group was added the treatment of therapeutic equipment of point-penetration of traditional chinese drugs:Instrument for the HY-D computer-IF-type drug into therapeutic apparatus (Beijing Dong Jie Hua Medical Apparatus Medical Ltd); Observe clinical symptoms and signs in each group before and after 3-days treatment, and built the database, using SPSS17.0 statistical software, according to calculation results before and after treatment whether the two groups statistically significant. ResultsThe results showed that after treatment compared with before treatment, symptoms and signs of two groups were significantly improved (P (0.01), study and control groups showed no significant on the improvements in fever, dehydration, thirst, vomiting, short yellow urine (P>0.05), the effect of the study group was better than the control group on the improvements in stool frequency, stool consistency, abdominal pain, abdominal distension, anorexia, and anal burning (P<0.05), and the total effective rate in study group was higher than the control group (P<0.05). In conculation, study and control groups proved to be effective for the damp heat of diarrhea in children, the effect of the study group was better than the control group on the improvements in stool frequency, stool consistency, abdominal pain, abdominal distension, anorexia, and anal burning, and the total effective rate in study group was higher than the control group.ConclusionsDiarrhea is a common,requently-occurring disease of childhood, whose incidence rate is second only to respiratory infections. Diarrhea could happen at Four Seasons, higher incidence in summer and autumn. Modern medicine and Traditional Chinese medicine on the treatment of diarrhea have in-depth study, Modern medicine adopts treatment according to the causes as a basis, besides,there are symptomatic treatment for patients according to the degree of dehydration, electrolyte and acid-base balance disorders and other conditions; Traditional Chinese medicine adopts Differential Treatment, in addition to taking herbs, external treatment with Chinese characteristics such as sticking, moxibustion and so on to obtain a better therapeutic effect.In this study,therapeutic equipment of point-penetration of traditional chinese drug used to treat children with Damp-heat diarrhea, the study group after treatment, the total effective rate and the effect of the study group on the improvements in stool frequency, stool consistency, abdominal pain, abdominal distension, anorexia, and anal burning were better than the control group. We can consider that theapy can improve the condition of children Damp-heat diarrhea, enhance the efficacy in children. Because of using easily and economicly, it can be widely used in clinical.
