Clinical Study On The Curative Effect And Safety Of The Perilla Oil Soft Capsule In Treating The Hyperlipemia (Stagnation Of Turbid Phlegm Diagnosis)

It is Produced and going on the market by the Fuzhou three love pharmaceutical industry after the SFDA authorization. This subject will further research the perilla oil soft capsule.Objection:To study the curative effect and safety of the perilla oil soft capsule in treating the hyperlipemia (stagnation of turbid phlegm diagnosis).Methods:120 patients who certified as hyperlipidemia according to the Diagnostic criteria of Western and Chinese medicine, were randomly divided into the perilla oil soft capsule group (80 cases) and Xue Zhi Kang Capsule group (40 cases) according to 2:1. The two groups were separately treated by perilla oil soft capsule and Xue Zhi Kang Capsule for 8 weeks, and measured the general physical examination items, all items of blood lipids, liver and kidney function before and after treatment. The results were counted and analyzed by SPSS17.0Results:The difference of TC, TG and LDL-C of perilla oil soft capsule around the treatment has statistics significance (P<0.05); But the HDL-C' s is non-statistics difference (P>0.05). The difference between the blood fats inspection of the two groups around the treatment, does not have statistics significance (P>0.05) by group T-test. Although the difference of TC, TG and LDL-C of two groups around the treatment have no statistics significance (P>0.05), the downtrend of the perilla oil soft capsule is higher than the Xue Zhi Kang Capsule's. In another side, Xue Zhi Kang Capsule group has abettor downtrend then perilla oil soft capsule group. All of these preliminary show that the two drugs have their own advantage itself.The adverse event rate of the experimental group is 15%, and the control group's is 17.5%. The difference of the two groups does not have statistics significance (P>0.05) by group Fisher-test. There are not serious adverse events in two groups.Conclusion:The perilla oil soft capsule may obviously reduce the hyperlipemia's TC and TG, especially at TG。It could be considered as a safe and effective drug with low adverse events.
