Background:Stroke has a high incidence of morbidity and mortality characteristics of high, has become a serious worldwide problem of public health. patients with acute cerebral infarct are subjected to malnutrition, especially with dysphagia, Gastrointestinal dysfunction stress increased metabolism and lower intake of protein and energe. The significant relationship between malnutrition and poor outcome of stroke has been proved by many evidence—based clinical studies。Now The main clinical way is the conventional enteral nutrition, but the relationship between nutritional assessment and nutritional support, as well as the outcome of stroke, is still elusive。Because studies on nutritional status of stroke patients and their nutritional support ale still insufficient in China, nutrition of stroke patients can not be well managed.obiecfive:the severe nutritional status, complications and prognosis on early enteral nutrition with acute stroke patients. Methods:the 28 Patients met the inclusion criteria are subject, who were divided into sequential enteral nutrition group and the conventional enteral nutrition group。The sequential enteral nutrition group first used the short-peptide-based enteral nutrition, then intacted protein enteral nutrition, Meanwhile the other group used intacted protein enteral nutrition, the nutritional markers and complication rate are recorded, the GCS score,NIHSS score and MRS score are compared。Compare the difference of two groups using SPSS16.0 software. Results:there are 28 inpatient,10 are sequential enteral nutrition group,18 are conventional enteral nutrition group。We find the nutritional index all decreased in two groups Patients in 4 weeks, but the descending level of hemoglobin and albumin in sequential enteral nutrition group are lower than the conventional enteral nutrition group, so as well the infectious and gastrointestinal hemorrhage complications。But there are No significant differences were found in body weight,BMI,triceps skinfold thickness, biceps circumference, arm muscle circumference and GCS,NIHSS,MRS between two groups. Conclusion:standardized earlier enteral nutritional support Can improve alleviate the Hypoproteinemia, inflammatory reaction and gastrointestinal hemorrhage triggered by cerebral ischemia, thus is helpful for the recovery of the impaired neuro—function and the outcome.
