Deep venous thrombosis of lower extremities (DVT) is a class of diseases which have some corresponding clinical symptoms causing by venous reflux barrier. It refers to abnormal coagulation of blood in the deep veins of lower extremities and venous obstruction. In this paper,80 patients with DVT for non-surgical treatment in the Third Hospital of Jilin University from March 2008 to March 2010 were reviewed,to explore the effect of combined therapy of Low Molecular Weight Heparin and urokinase. Objective:To explore the effect of combined therapy of Low Molecular Heparin and urokinase in the treatment of deep venous thrombosis of lower extremities.Methods:80 patients with DVT for non-surgical treatment in the Third Hospital of Jilin University from March 2008 to March 2010 were reviewed and randomly divided into two groups,40 patients in the treatment group and 40 patients in the control group. Treatment group patients were given thrombolytic and anticoagulant therapy with urokinase and low molecular, and medicines such as ligustrazine, Ozagrel to improve circulation and inhibit platelet aggregation. Control group patients were only given thrombolytic therapy with urokinase, and medicines such as ligustrazine, Ozagrel to improve circulation and inhibit platelet aggregation,21 days for a course of treatment. Results:All patients were improved with no death. There were 5 patients with subcutaneous bleeding and gingiva bleeding.12 cases were clinically cured, 68 cases were effective, and 0 case did not get better. In the treatment group,12 cases were clinically cured,28 cases were effective, and 0 case did not get better,0 cases had complication. In the control group,0 case were clinically cured, 40 cases were effective, and 0 case did not get better,0 cases had complication. Conclusion:For the treatment of deep venous thrombosis of lower extremities, the combined therapy of Low Molecular Weight Heparin and urokinase was better than the treatment of Low Molecular Weight Heparin, and there was no security difference between the two methods.
