Etiology of this disease has many theories, from different angles reveals development mechanism, but so far, its etiology and pathogenesis remain unclear. Therefore, the research work has been the focus work of Obstetric experts at home and abroad.Objectives:This study was to test patients with preeclampsia and eclampsia placenta CD4+CD25+Treg cells, and further explore the role of CD4+CD25+Treg cells in preeclampsia and eclampsia in the pathogenesis.Provide new clinical research approach for the monitoring and prevention of preeclampsia and eclampsia.Materials and methods:selected from November 2009 to January 2010 in ChangchunObstetrics and Gynecology hospital randomly, patients who birth by cesarean section. Preeclampsia and eclampsia were 40 cases,20 cases of normal late pregnancy. The diagnostic criteria and group refer seventh edition of "Obstetrics and Gynec-ology."which edited by LeJie. By S-P immunohi-stoche-mistry to test CD4+CD25+Treg cells,to found in position and the positive rate. Statistical Methods: SPSS 14.0 statistical software for statistical analysis, each set of data as mean±standard deviation ((?)±S), that raw data among the groups using T test methods.Results:The position and positive rate of each group placenta CD4+CD25+Treg cells The position of placental tissue CD4+ T cells, CD25+ T cells:CD4+ T cells, CD25+T cells expressed mainly in the cell membrane and cytoplasm of decidual cells, trophoblast cells, syncytiotrophoblast cells, endothelial cells and villous mesenchymal cells. Hypertensive disorders in pregnancy which placental cells CD4+T cells, CD25+T cells expressing decreased compared with normal pregnancy, and its decrease with the increase of mean arterial pressure is significantly negative. Severe preeclampsia and eclampsia CD4+T cells, CD25+T cells in the placental cells compared with normal late pregnancy were significantly (P<0.01). Severe preeclampsia and eclampsia group and the mild preeclampsia groups of placental cells, the difference was significant (P<0.01). CD4+CD25+ Treg cells were mainly distributed in the placental villi cell, the normal pregnancy group later CD4+ T cells and CD25+ T cells were positive or strongly positive; mild preeclampsia CD4+ T cells and CD25+ T cells weak positive; severe preeclampsia CD4+ T cells and CD25+ T cells were positive. Conclusion:1. CD4+CD25+Treg cells in patients with preeclampsia and eclampsia placental trophoblast cells significantly decreased expression, involved in imm-une tolerance.2. CD4+CD25+Treg cells play an important role in the immune tolerance mechanism of hypertensive disorders in pregnancy.3. CD4+CD25+Treg cells can be used in patients with preeclampsia and eclampsia diagnosis and prediction of the monitoring indicators.4.Depth study of CD4+CD25+Treg cell biological characteristics and functions, contribute to preeclampsia and eclampsia prevention and treatment, has opened up new ideas.
