The Curative Effect Of Narrow-band UVB Combined With Drugs In Treatment Of Chronnic Eczema

Cronic eczema is always recurrent and potraction Objective: To observe curative effect of the narrow band UVB combined drug therapy of chronic eczema.Methods: 261 outpatients were randomly divided into 4 groups of 60 were treated with oral + topical + phototherapy + topical, oral + phototherapy, topical + phototherapy, phototherapy alone.Results: Oral + topical + light therapy group was the highest, 91.67%, compared with the other three groups (χ2=8.66 P<0.05,χ2=31.50,P<0.05,χ2=8.04 P<0.05) were significant, The effective rate of topical + light therapy was 68.33%, compared with phototherapy alone group (58.33% efficiency) (χ2 = 8.66, P <0.05) ,there is statistically significant difference .The difference was not statistically significant between phototherapy+ topical and oral + topical medications (73.33% (χ2 = 1.55 P <0.05)..Conclusions: Oral + topical + light therapy is the best treatment...
