Objective: To Explore the current aspects of uroliths, blood uric acid in nanning area; the correlation of blood uric acid with age, gender, obesity, blood pressure and the relationship between uroliths and blood uric acid,blood uric acid becomes an index of uroliths disease prevention and diet treatment, to improve the level for the treatment and prevent the recurrence of urinary diseases in nanning area.Methods: More than 5000 patients were chosen randomly,the patients were from the check-up center of the 1st Subsidiary hospital of Guangxi medical university from2008~2010, All samples were carried on B-ultrasonography,kub and measure the serum uric acid(UA) , Describe the present condition of the patients'urine stone disease and UA in Nanning area, analyse the relativity of the UA and age, sex, fat index number, blood pressure.2, Choose 200 in-patients who were diagnosised urine stone in the transplant division and check-up division of the 1st Subsidiary hospital of Guangxi medical university analyse the difference between the different part,different kind of stone calculus and UA of the control group .Results: The incidence of urolithiasis in this region was 7.4%, Average blood uric acid is 391.60±119.55μmol / L, and the date of male is higher than female . Men's hyperuricemia incidence is 38.17%, female's is 15.06%. With the same age level ,the blood uric acid in men is higher than women, The men's and women's were separated statistics, the age and uric acid levels are relevant; Regardless of gender, blood uric acid level and body mass index,blood pressure are relevant.2. Stone group and control group, and the upper urinary tract calculi group and non-stone group, Lower urinary tract and non-stone group, positive stone group and non-stone group, negative group and non-stone group, positive stone group and negative groups, comparison of blood uric acid level, the differences were statistically significant(P <0.05).Conclusion:1.The incidence of urolithiasis,level of blood uric acid in Nanning are higher than some reported regions, the level of blood uric acid and gender,age,obesity index,blood pressure are related. 2. The level differences of serum uric acid between case group and control group are prominent, the blood uric acid of different parts or different nature's stones are also different, so urolithiasis is related with blood uric acid's level.
